Generation Esports, a leading organization dedicated to fostering K-12 esports and education communities, is thrilled to announce an innovative collaboration with the National Association of Esports Coaches and Directors (NAECAD), the largest member network of scholastic esports professionals. This collaboration aims to enhance the scholastic esports experience from top to bottom by bringing NAECAD’s professional learning expertise to the largest and longest-running scholastic esports community in the nation.

Highlights of the partnership include integrated NAECAD membership discounts for HSEL and MSEL member schools as well as dedicated professional development webinars for K-12 coaches and directors.

"Working with NAECAD aligns perfectly with our mission as we look to continue raising the bar for what scholastic esports can be," said Mason Mullenioux, CEO of Generation Esports. "Their commitment to providing high-quality and extensive dedicated resources that help improve the lives of our coaches is second to none."

NAECAD’s Connor Alne, echoed this sentiment, stating, "We're excited to partner with GenE to provide their esports coaches with professional development opportunities, helping them grow as coaches, mentors, and leaders in scholastic esports."

Both Generation Esports and NAECAD will work tirelessly to ensure coaches and administrators from member schools receive the assistance and professional development they deserve, all in the name of strengthening the K-12 esports space and providing stability to the role of esports coach.
